Assessment of services provided by the hospitals empaneled under the Dr Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Vaidya Seva Trust by the Vaidya Mithras through a questionnaire to describe the facilities and services provided by the hospital.
This has been taken as one of the parameter to rate the hospitals on quality of hygiene and services, etc., which in turn given the choice to the public to choose the best hospital for their treatment on cashless basis under the scheme.
